We’re looking for a Community Investment Team Leader to manage the community investment team and deliver opportunities to customers and communities that meet their needs. Providing a quality community partnering model including the effective divestment of OM’s community funding.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring effective due diligence is undertaken on prospective grantees, including legal and financial checks. Further to this you’ll ensure grants, investments and resources are divested and that the monitoring of funding is undertaken and provide evaluations and recommendations to inform future approaches and develop a best practise culture.

You will have excellent networking, partnership and relationship management skills and experience, which result in tangible outcomes for communities and customers. Ideally you’ll have demonstrable extensive experience of managing grant funding from inception, award and effective monitoring and evaluation. Further to this you’ll have a good understanding and experience of social value and the achievement of tangible outcomes; demonstrable commitment to achieve.
