Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Customer Experience & Service Improvement (Operations), Colindale
Salary: Circa £24,335 per annum
We are looking for two full time and one part-time, Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our busy customer facing team. As the first point of contact for the majority of The Barnet Groups customers, the Contact Team handle queries across a wide range of topics including repairs, rent and service charges, estate management and neighbourhood services.
We are looking for people who:
- Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a faced paced environment
- Have experience of using systems to log and resolve customer enquiries
- Are proactive and effective problem-solvers
Our Customer Service Officers have their working hours determined by a team rota. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to help ensure that our peak demands are adequately resourced between 8AM and 5PM Monday to Friday. Full time 37.5 hour per week and Part-time 18.75 hours per week.
