If you hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent and have experience of handling varied HR issues then this could be just the opportunity for you!

Our HR Advisors are an integral part of the HR Team, responsible for delivering adaptive, timely and compliant advice across the full employee lifecycle. Collaborating with colleagues across all functions, working closely with the HR Administration Team and supporting HR Business Partners you'll provide an outstanding advisory service across the group.

Able to work independently and use you're initiative you'll reinforce the values and behaviours of Clarion and support the ongoing investment in our people to deliver exceptional outcomes to our communities.

With substantial experience working in an HR environment and a sound knowledge of current employment legislation, you'll support line managers and team leaders with day-to-day HR activities, provide appropriate advice in line with policies and procedures, and act as the 'go to' expert for all hr advisory requests. Comfortable working in a complex, challenging environment, you'll actively coach and support managers and resolve all hr advisory matters with a solution-oriented approach.

Flexible and adaptable, you'll be determined and resilient, with the drive to achieve targets and objectives. Able to plan and prioritise a varied workload, you'll respond promptly to the needs of a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, pressurised environment

You'll support HR Business Partners in collating monthly reporting metrics from Workday for sickness absence, performance, attrition and case management and be able to analyse data to identify trends and patterns for reporting purposes using logical thought processes.

You'll attend formal hearings and meetings, maintain accurate documentation, seek peer reviews and support the delivery of operational and cyclical activities. Using your excellent communication skills to liaise with managers and team leaders, you'll ensure deadlines and required intentions are achieved and deliver related training to managers.
