Key areas of responsibility
The main purpose of this role is to be a point of specialist domestic abuse housing advice across the county, supporting clients and their families with accommodation needs resulting from domestic abuse. You will provide short term intensive support and intervention aimed at supporting clients and their families approaching as homeless due to domestic abuse, this will include assisting vulnerable clients with chaotic and complex needs.
To provide support for victims of domestic abuse who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. The job will be mobile working with colleagues across Gloucestershire Housing Options Teams, and clients across the region, so a full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle is required.
You will work alongside and in partnership with supporting agencies.
