Job Details
We're looking to recruit a Pamwin System Manager to play a crucial role in providing analytical support and management information to colleagues across our Development team specifically in relation to M3Pamwin software.
Reporting to our Development Operations Director, this is an exciting opportunity as the 'in house' expert in using M3Pamwin to use your working knowledge of the system to ensure our colleagues always have access to the information they need.
At Clarion, we believe homes are a foundation for people to build a better future. The quality of the homes and places where people live in is a key part of this. To help alleviate the continued housing crisis in the UK we are committed to playing our part to build desperately needed new homes.
By 2025 we plan to be building up to 4000 homes per year, of which the greatest proportion will be affordable. Delivering and maintaining quality homes that use resources efficiently, provide access to nature, and are future proofed for long term living will be key to our success. This includes our carbon and waste reduction goals and the use of good design, sustainable transport and place making to support health and wellbeing.
About You
You'll already have a proven and expert working knowledge of the M3Pamwin system, the appraisal process and a substantial understanding of Power BI.
You'll be a strong and flexible communicator with developed organisation skills, with significant and demonstrable experience of working with developers and/or software companies.
About the role
You'll act as the first point of call for gathering internal M3Pamwin user enquiries, escalating and monitoring them and suggesting either Clarion or system improvement, including requesting a paid change to Pamwin if significant enough.
We'll look to you to administer and monitor Pamwin, and assist Development to ensure projects are fully up to date. You'll lead the audit of the appraisal calculation, checking for accuracy.
As system manager for M3Pamwin, you'll produce internal user guides, keep abreast of system changes and feature upgrades, and work with central business improvement teams to scope out, develop and implement the Pamwin/ Power BI interface.
In addition, you'll be required to:
- Lead the administration and testing of feature upgrades, including outputs before and after upgrade.
- Implement system changes and improvements with Development Finance, including using new features or existing features not in use, or links to other systems.
- Diagnose errors and informing all relevant parties when corrections have happened
The role is based from our offices in More London Place, although the role can adopt a hybrid approach with working from home (if preferred), combining working from home with face-to-face time with colleagues when required.
If you're an experienced systems manager with demonstrable experience of reporting information clearly and effectively to senior management and of leading regular system reviews, then we look forward to hearing from you.
Closing Date: Tuesday 7th June 2022 at midnight
