Self-employed basis – starting day rate likely to be C£250 per day (depending on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small vibrant consultancy team and develop your career in housing, planning and economics related fields.  Three Dragons is looking to recruit a new team member, primarily to provide technical support for our development viability, specialist housing demand and policy research projects.

With some experience in a development, planning or a data analysis role, candidates will need to be able to tackle complex excel sheets, have an understanding of the development process as well as knowledge of planning and housing policy – and be able to present modelling and research findings graphically and in writing.
