Hours: Full time, permanent
Salary: Circa £57,000
Location: Hybrid (Bradford office and home working)
About the role
We are looking to recruit a Resident and Involvement Wellbeing Manager to deliver effective resident engagement and involvement which results in continuous improvement of our services and meets the requirements of our housing regulator for effective engagement.
As part of this, setting the overarching corporate direction on wellbeing ensuring a joined-up approach to resident wellbeing across the organisation to drive measurable improvements in resident wellbeing.
Within this role you will own the resident involvement strategy and manage our formal resident involvement channels in housing as well as the resident wellbeing strategy
This will include the direct delivery of several wellbeing initiatives and digital inclusion, ensuring measures for resident wellbeing are embedded into the housing service model.
You will champion resident involvement, wellbeing and digital inclusion across the organisation to ensure qualitative and quantitative resident feedback informs and influences the delivery of excellent services.
You will also need to keep abreast of the housing regulator’s expectations and best practice in resident involvement and engagement, ensuring we continue to comply with all regulatory requirements in this area.
About you
You will:
- Have successfully delivered service improvements or wellbeing initiatives which are embedded and sustained
- Have used qualitative and quantitative data to improve service delivery within an organisation
- Have strong communication (oral, written and presentation) skills, with an approachable style, that inspires confidence.
- Be able to manage complex situations with sensitivity and objectivity.
- Have knowledge of bidding for revenue funding, as well as Broad knowledge of the use of technology in housing for older people.
- Have good knowledge of best practice and regulatory requirements around resident engagement business intelligence and customer insight techniques
