About the role
Part of the Senior Management Team, you will be the Association`s expert on law and best practice in all issues relating to customer service, tenant scrutiny and general needs housing management.
You will also manage, develop and promote services to Hightown`s tenants and applicants and work closely with partner organisations.
Are you looking to join a dynamic and rapidly growing housing and support provider?
An experienced manager and leader, you`ll be able to demonstrate:
- Good knowledge of social housing law and regulatory requirements
- Experience in working with Tenants on service delivery and resident involvement
- Excellent Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience of strategic planning
- The ability to manage and lead a team

- Salary of £72,000pa for a 35 hour week
