Are you an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader with a background of domestic repairs and someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service? 

 

Perhaps carpentry and/or plumbing are your core skillset? If so, we want to hear from you…. 

 

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and especially the services we deliver. Repairs and maintenance services affect our customers personally, impacting their quality of life and satisfaction with their home. So, to provide the very best service possible, we are bringing our repairs and maintenance service in-house. 

 

We are looking for skilled 1st class carpentry /multi skills trades who are passionate about delivering not only high standards of work, but also an excellent service to our customers. These roles will be working in our customers homes’ as well as void properties. 

 

You will be the face of bpha in our customers' homes therefore we are looking for friendly professional tradespeople of all backgrounds. Customer service is hugely important at bpha so we are looking for empathetic team members who are considerate, respectful and keen to provide a right first-time positive customer experience. Demonstrating our values and supporting our ambition to grow this service, embracing the opportunities that it will present, is hugely important to us. 

 

You will join us with your experience and trade skills ready to cover a wide range of carpentry related repairs within our customers’ homes. You will be supported by a comprehensive people management structure, with regular training updates, one to ones and appraisals to help you embrace challenges, growth and development. 

 

Health, Safety and Environmental awareness is a top priority at bpha to keep you and our customers safe and to minimize our impact upon our wider environment.  

 

We’d love to meet someone with:   

  • NVQ level 2 or higher Carpentry 

  • Excellent knowledge of carpentry and joinery within a domestic home and communal areas, with proven experience is diagnosing, repairing, and resolving issues  

  • A strong, demonstrable commitment to excellence in customer service 

  • IT skills suitable for carrying out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device 

  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge in other construction trades and activities, being able to deliver repairs outside of your core trade when required 

  • Confident people person, prepared to go the extra mile to deliver quality work and high levels of customer satisfaction 

  • Able to work professionally and demonstrate empathy and consideration when working within people’s homes. 

  • Flexible and problem-solving approach
