Here at Stonewater, we are now looking for a Senior New Homes Executive to join us.

This role sits within our New Homes Team and ensures the timely sales and lettings of all new homes, including those through our partners, across all tenures. You’ll aim to achieve minimum void periods, sustainable tenancies, high levels of customer satisfaction, compliance with regulatory framework and maximise sales and rental revenues.

Supporting a team of 3 New Homes Executives, you’ll also deliver the pro-active use of market intelligence, based on internal and external sources, to inform future developments delivery and improved services, specifically through EAAT, Stonewater’s investment board, and PDSR reports are completed in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of providing excellent customer focused services in a social or commercial setting.
• Be experienced in delivering and managing housing and related services, particularly regarding lettings and sales.
• Understand tenancy management, sales, and conveyancing processes
• Have experience of managing teams and knowledge of people management techniques.
• Be able to inspire, motivate and develop employees and teams, demonstrating support, cooperation, empowerment, and leadership.
• Have good numeracy and literacy skills, including statistical and performance information analysis and report writing.
• Be efficient in IT applications.
• Have both a practical and logical mind-set, able to set objectives and produce high quality work, overcoming problems and issues to meet deadlines.
• Have exceptional communication skills.

Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
