Here at Stonewater, we are now looking to appoint a New Homes Executive to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Joining our New Homes Team, the New Homes Executive will have overall responsibility for achieving sales and lettings targets for new homes within their area of operation including ensuring developments meet local customer needs. This includes those through partners such as L&G and across all tenures within an allocated area of operation. You’ll aim to achieve minimum void periods, sustainable tenancies, high levels of customer satisfaction, compliance with regulatory framework and for maximising sales and rental revenues.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of delivering and managing housing and related services, particularly in regard to lettings, sales and/or development handovers.
• Have an understanding of tenancy management, sales and conveyancing process and/or development handover process.
• Have excellent communication and project management skills.
• Have a keen eye for detail to allow you to successfully update Stonewater’s Development monitoring database and assist in producing post completion reports.
• Be able to think practically and logically, set objectives and produce high quality work.
• Have good numeracy and literacy skills including statistical and performance information analysis and report writing.
• Be able to efficiently use IT applications.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
