We are looking for a Housing Lettings Advisor. Internally you will be known as a Tenancy Advisor.

As a Housing Lettings Advisor, you will provide a specialist front line service to our tenants and residents carrying out tenancy related tasks to support the management of tenancy enforcement cases, promoting a right-first-time service via all media including telephone, web and email.

Duties of a Housing Lettings Advisor:

• Respond to tenancy related enquiries from the Hyde Group’s residents demonstrating good quality call handling and customer service skills.
• Prepare and provide accurate information on tenants’ rights and responsibilities.
• Respond to reports of abandonment and illegal subletting carrying out full and accurate initial investigations and assessments.
• Provide a consistently good quality service to our internal and external stakeholders both in writing and in oral communication within agreed service standards.
• Process and respond to requests for changes to tenancy, including joint to sole and sole to joint, death of a tenant, requests for a lodger and adding or removing household members.

Candidates with a background working in Customer Services, Local Authority, Housing, Lettings / Estate Agency or Tenancy Management will be preferred.
