That puts our specialist Housing teams right at the heart of our success, and we are now looking for another key professional to help take our performance to the next level.
Who are we looking for:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Lead who is available to be provide flexible management cover.
In the absence of the substantive post holder, the role will manage a number of contracts and services that offers supported housing to ex- offenders and other vulnerable groups who are homeless or at serious risk of homelessness.
These services deliver a range of interventions tailored to meet individual need. These include working alongside statutory agencies (probation, adult social care, and children’s social care) and specialist support services (e.g. mental health and drug treatment services) to deliver a coordinated programme of support.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Essential requirements:The successful applicant will have previous experience at managing supported housing and intensive housing management services across a range of client groups.
An understanding of the current operating environment within the supported housing sector
A working knowledge and understanding of compliance and quality frameworks for housing related support services.
Knowledge and understanding of effective risk assessment and support planning processes for people with a range of support needs.
Desirable Driver with access to own vehicle Hold a recognise management / housing qualification
Educated to degree level or equivalent
