Job Role:  Key Worker (18 hours)

Salary: £22350 pro rata

he TPA is made up of six not for profit organisations who work together to improve Health and Wellbeing in Stockport. The Alliance is commissioned by Stockport Council and members of the Alliance are Age UK Stockport, Nacro, Talk Listen Change (TLC), Stockport Homes and Jigsaw Support. The TPA vision is that ‘Strength based approaches will be the way of working in Stockport and beyond’ and the mission is ‘Creating change together – through the strengths of people and communities’. It provides information, advice and guidance, working alongside people and their families on a one-to-one basis whilst they make positive changes to improve their health, wellbeing and independence.



This can include working on some or all the following areas: physical health, mental wellbeing, relationships – including domestic abuse, finance and budgeting, employment and skills, and housing Taking a strengths-based approach, and working with people at an early stage, our preventative approach aims to reduce the need for people to access public services. We encourage people to explore their interests and connect them with other people or groups with shared interests



We are looking for a part time Key Worker to join the team - 2 days per week.



This role (18 hours per week) is based at the Stockport Support Hub (SHH).



You will be part of a team providing information and advice to the public on a range of issues such as benefits, housing and social wellbeing.



Your role will also be to triage referrals for a range of preventative services including Domestic Abuse services, Home Support and Community Support.
