An opportunity to join the Property Services Team at South Yorkshire Housing Association.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Services Officer to work within our Property Services team. We are a forward thinking, values driven housing association, and this role is based at our Rockingham Street offices, in the centre of Sheffield.

Job Description
- £29,930, pro rata
- 22.5 hours per week (3 Days). This can be worked over 5 days, arrangements to be agreed with your line manager

More about the role:
We are looking for an individual who can work alone as well as part of a team. As part of the role, you will be required to travel from property to property to carry out inspections for planned works as well as working on our Livewell portfolio. This will involve valuating properties for compliance in social housing regulations and inspecting the integrity of the structures and documenting your findings. As part of this role, you will be working closely alongside our Livewell portfolio.
A driving licence is essential.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate for the position of Property Services Officer should be;
- Self-motivated
- Have digital skills (i.e. Microsoft excel, able to transact online)
- Great organisational and observational skills
- Must be passionate about customer service
- Good problem solver
- Knowledge of planned maintenance along with defects within a property
