We’re looking for an experienced Caretaker to join us to provide an effective, responsive and pro-active customer focussed caretaking service that is of consistently high standard.

    Do you have experience in providing cleaning/caretaking services?


  •  

    Do you have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues?


  •  

    Do you have commitment to first class estate cleanliness and physically able to carry out moderate strenuous work?

We currently have a great opportunity for an estate services Caretaker to join us on a permanent contract basis

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you have what it takes

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To succeed in your role as a Caretaker you will:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


  •  

    Have basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations in relation to environmental services as defined by the organisation

  •  

    Be able to organise your own workload efficiently with minimal supervision


  •  

    Be able to achieve cleaning industry specific competency such as BIC OPC level 1&2


  •  

    Have good literacy and basic Numeracy skills


  •  

    Work as a member of a team and understand the wider impact the work on residents and other departments


  •  

    Be self-motivated, flexible, personable, and pro-active
