About us

Hey, we’re Abri, a housing association based in the south of England. One of the largest in fact. We have 80,000 customers across 35,000 homes across the south, all supported by our 1,600 colleagues working out in our communities and behind the scenes.  We’re a passionate bunch and think we can make a real difference. Homelessness, poverty, inequality, a lack of affordable housing. They’re all linked and we’ve all got our part to play in tacking them head-on.  Homes are at the heart of everybody’s lives. And we exist to help make good homes, and good lives, a reality for everyone.

Come be part of something special.

About you

If you see the opportunities that every challenge brings, if you see a solution for every problem that needs crushing and if your thing is making a real difference, come join us.  You’ll fit right in.

What you'll do

You'll lead in the appraisal of vacant and under performing assets, providing solutions to derive future value, incorporating disposal, renewal or redevelopment.

Undertake group wide asset options appraisals at both individual property and scheme level, using financial modelling data and a range of other business metrics to make reasonable judgements on future value to the group.

Once appraised you'll guide the disposals through our governance system and then through the sales process, dealing with internal teams and external contractors to deliver the best return for Abri.

Working as part of a team you'll help us meet the aims set out in our Strategic Asset Strategy and ensure we maximise the value in our extensive asset portfolio.
