We’re now looking for two Customer Relations Homes Business Partners on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2023. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and to gain knowledge and experience at Stonewater 

This role sits within the Customer Relations Team and will take responsibility for the resolution and case handling management of complaints about our repairs and planned investment services. 

You’ll play a critical role in supporting the Homes Team to respond fairly and speedily to customer complaints, identifying and embedding opportunities to deliver service improvement alongside supporting surveyors, Operational Delivery Managers, and our contracting partners to resolve customer complaints satisfactorily. It’s a customer focused role which includes actively engaging with customers to understand their concerns, pro-actively investigating complaints including directly with contracting partners, communicating verbally and in writing with customers and monitoring commitments to deliver resolution.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have sound knowledge of repairs and maintenance in a housing environment.
  • Have a good working knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Have good written skills, particularly in relation to letter writing.
  • Be a strong communicator, able to build pro-active relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Be highly resilient, able to manage competing pressures in a positive manner.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
