Do you have experience of working with vulnerable people?

We're looking for an experienced individual with great customer service skills to provide an Intensive Housing Management service to our residents living in Clarion's over 55's housing scheme.

The scheme's purpose is to enhance the life experiences of our residents, to ensure that we provide a safe and secure environment, and to promote each individual's independence.

As the first point of contact providing a focused service to those living in retirement housing, you'll have excellent communication and customer service skills and work with other housing teams, arrange viewings and enable residents to settle into the scheme. You'll be responsible for managing access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.

You'll report any safeguarding concerns as appropriate, and make referrals to other agencies where residents need additional support. You'll deal with H&S and compliance, maintenance issues, resident's arrears and low level ASB.

You must be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies if required. With excellent time management skills you'll be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, whilst maintaining high customer service standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills and experience to really make a difference to people's lives whilst expanding your skills and knowledge of the housing sector.

What you can expect from us:

Here at Clarion we're dedicated to rewarding hard work and commitment and providing benefits that support you and your lifestyle. As standard we offer;-

  • Initial 25 Days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with service.
  • A flexible benefit scheme tailored to you, inclusive of healthcare options, restaurant card and cycle to work along with 1% of your salary to spend on whichever approved benefit you like!
  • Matched pension contributions of up to 7.5% of your salary with generous life assurance
  • Eye care vouchers
  • Holiday trading scheme allowing you to buy and sell leave
  • Free counselling and legal advice scheme for you and your family
  • Interest free loans for season ticket and study leave

Our commitment to equality and diversity means that we are keen to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance, including but not limited to part-time working and job share, enhanced maternity, adoption and paternity leave, and compassionate leave.
