Do you have experience in securing best value for land led development projects, including multi phased developments?

If you're an effective negotiator with a proven track record of securing land led residential property deals then this could be the opportunity for you!

As Senior Land Manager you'll source and assess land led projects that fit our business needs, leading communications and engaging with vendors and their agents to secure the deal. Using your network of contacts you will identify opportunities and then manage the bidding and acquisition process with the assistance of external consultants and internal colleagues, you'll deliver the scheme against governance frameworks ensuring that filing and audit trails for all aspects of the land led elements of the project are maintained.

Likely to focus on large and complex deals or multiple smaller deals, you'll have experience of technical, planning, sales, financial and legal aspects of assessing and securing large and complex residentially lead developments. With experience in producing commercial development appraisals and demonstrating knowledge of the key metrics and variables and their relationship and influence on the land values, we'll look to you to prepare gateway papers, review papers prepared by land managers, and assist them in streamlining these to be succinct.

With experience in managing and leading multi discipline teams within budget and program and the ability to motivate and develop the skills of your team, you'll draft Commercial Appraisals, programmes and activity schedules and drive the team to deliver the required outputs and outcomes.

Using your excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills you'll challenge, support, influence and engage senior managers and customers across the organisation and externally with key stakeholders. You'll prepare handover information, hold briefings for subsequent functions and ensure that Heads of Land and Land Directors are kept updated of all relevant activity and deal positions.
