We’re looking for a Project Manager to take full responsibility for the day to day management of a semi-supported housing project for young people. You will meet with your staff on a regular basis to help them with their identified goals and discuss their progress with each resident.

To succeed in your role as Project Manager you will:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Have an excellent track record of people management


• Have a full driving licence and use of a vehicle


• Be confident to take difficult decisions when required and to deal with tense and difficult situations


• Be physically able to complete some manual work and to regularly climb stairs


• Have knowledge of the benefit system


• Have good time management and organisational skills
