Job Details

We're looking for a Systems Manager to play a crucial role in providing analytical support and management information to colleagues across our Development team.

Experience in using M3Pamwin software will be of great benefit, although not essential as training will be given to support you to become our in house expert in this software, which is critical for both ourselves and many other organisations in the industry.

About You

You'll be an experienced Systems Manager or Senior Data Analyst, preferably with a working knowledge of the M3Pamwin system, the appraisal process and a substantial understanding of Power BI.

We're seeking a strong and flexible communicator with developed organisation skills, who has a passion for supporting colleagues and will ensure Pamwin delivers the outputs the business needs to deliver its Development goals. You'll also have significant and demonstrable experience of working with, and building beneficial relationships software developers/companies.

About the role

Reporting to our Development Operations Director, you'll act as the first point of call for gathering internal M3Pamwin user enquiries and liaising with the software provider

We'll look to you to administer and monitor M3Pamwin, and assist our Development Team to ensure projects are fully up to date. You'll lead the audit of the appraisal calculation.

As system manager for M3Pamwin, you'll produce internal user guides and facilitate user training, keep abreast of system changes and feature upgrades, and work with central business improvement teams to scope out, develop and implement the Pamwin/ Power BI interface.

In addition, you'll be required to:

  • Lead the administration and testing of feature upgrades, including outputs before and after upgrade.
  • Implement system changes and improvements with Development Finance, including using new features or existing features not in use, or links to other systems.
  • Diagnose errors and informing all relevant parties when corrections have happened

The role is based from our offices in More London Place, although the role can adopt a hybrid approach with working from home (if preferred), combining working from home with face-to-face time with colleagues when required.

If you're an experienced systems manager with demonstrable experience of reporting information clearly and effectively to senior management and of managing client & provider relationships, then we look forward to hearing from you.

Closing Date: Tuesday 5th July 2022 at midnight.
