About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our new IT team on a permanent basis at our Oldham office, we are currently trialling hybrid working which offer the opportunity to work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

The successful candidate will provide user administration and access management to Guinness desktop services, telephony services and business applications and lead on ensuring compliance with the joiners, mover and leavers policy working closely with IT service management and HR teams.

You’ll also provide 2nd line support in the resolution of user administration and access management incidents, relating to user provision, de-provision and changing access.

What we’re looking for
We’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. To be a success in this role you’ll have great customer service skills and a willingness to learn and want to make a difference. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of administrating identity and access management, across desktop and application services.
  • Understanding of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • The ability to query active directory and application databases to answer access related inquiries from users.
  • Experience of data analytics - the ability to review and analyse multiple datasets and formats.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and delivery skills. coupled with a good understanding of ITIL support processes.
  • Proven experience of documenting knowledge guides, procedures and processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of Power Query editor.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educated to level 2 (C+ or grade 9-4 GCSE or equivalent) or higher
