Housing Assistant Income Management

37 Hours per week, permanent full-time role

We are a forward thinking, values driven Income Team that work with our customers and their keyworkers to ensure the maximise their benefits and to ensure all LiveWell income is requested, collected, monitored and maintained.

Job Description:

• 3C/D/E £20,601 - £23,696 per annum, pro rata

• 37 hours per week - flexi working - home and office
• Post does not attract car allowance or mileage allowance

More about the role:

• To work within the Income Management Team to provide an effective and flexible approach to rents with the overall objective of maximising income and minimising arrears.
• To work as part of a team providing financial and administrative support effectively and flexibly to meet the ever changing environment of our Livewell customers rent arrears and schemes.

Who you are:

The Income Management Team (LiveWell) is looking for someone to join the team who embraces change and likes working in a fast paced environment. Ideally the person would have a good knowledge of Microsoft systems particularly Excel to enable them to assist us in improving our current services and migrate them to the current Housing Management system. We are looking for someone with a background in accounts and arrears management, with great organisational, good record keeping skills and a positive can do attitude.
