Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

We’re currently looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in Dartford.

About the Role

Delivering a first-class liaison and administrative service, you’ll provide support in a busy environment to the project team, whilst liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manager, ensuring high levels of customer and client satisfaction.

You’ll log any complaints received in accordance with our policy and procedures, swiftly resolving and advising the residents of the outcome, whilst delivering to agreed targets within the service area, with support from your Project Manager.

About You

Candidates will have excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment, working within Customer Service, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. Well organised, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude to communicate at all levels and will be IT literate.
