Job Type – Permanent/Full-Time

Hours – 40 hours per week (Including 5 hours paid lunch break)

Salary - £35,769

Location – National (travel will be required)

We believe that a career is not just about earning a living; it's about leadership, having your say and making things happen that can mean positive changes to the lives of vulnerable people.

We are a national social justice charity with more than 50 years' experience of changing lives, building stronger communities, and reducing crime.

Nacro is launching CAS-2, a national service commissioned by Ministry of Justice to provide accommodation and support as an alternative to custody.  We are looking for a number of senior managers and a quality assurance professional to join us at an exciting time of change.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for adaptable and solutions focused quality assurance professional to span our Housing Quality and Safeguarding Team and our CAS-2 service.

You will be confident holding a broad portfolio and leading quality and continuous improvement projects, while centering the service users experience. You will work within our high functioning Quality Assurance Framework and alongside the CAS-2 Senior Management Team and operational teams to develop and maintain high quality service delivery.

You will be working internally with Regional and Service Managers to support the development and delivery of service improvements and assess the effectiveness of the service against our Strategic Plan objectives.

You will have experience of working with a wide range of individuals and tailoring your approach to achieve results. You will bring knowledge of quality improvement strategies and be capable of embedding new practices and achieving change.

Alongside continuous improvement, you will have interest and a working knowledge of developing bespoke service offers to minority populations including developing an offer to women, BAME groups, the LQBTQ community, and those with disabilities.

In return you will be supported by the Quality and Safeguarding team, a team of quality assurance professionals and have access to training to further develop your continuous improvement skills. You will also frequently engage with and work alongside a positive, solutions focused senior management team, driving forward an innovative model of rehabilitation.

This role requires regular travel, and a Driving License is beneficial, but not essential.

A Basic DBS check is required for this role.
