We believe that a career is not just about earning a living; it's about leadership, having your say and making things happen that can mean positive changes to the lives of vulnerable people.

We are a national social justice charity with more than 50 years' experience of changing lives, building stronger communities, and reducing crime.

Nacro is launching CAS-2, a national service commissioned by Ministry of Justice to provide accommodation and support as an alternative to custody.  We are looking for a number of senior managers and a quality assurance professional to join us at an exciting time of change.

Who are we looking for?

This is an exciting new role for a senior manager to lead on the development and implementation of a Strategic Relationship Management Plan for CAS-2. This will support partnership working across the service at all levels.

You will be an experienced leader, with a proven track record in developing and managing strategic relationships. You will be comfortable with gathering, interpreting and presenting complex data. You will be an effective communicator with highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. You will be experienced in building relationships with a wide range of audiences. You will understand how to best promote the service as beneficial to your audience.

You will be working internally with Regional and Service Managers to support the development and delivery of stakeholder engagement plans; assess the effectiveness against our Strategic Plan objectives; and externally with partners in HMPPS, and wider Criminal Justice sector.

In addition, you will lead on the delivery and future developments of CAS-2 referral function, providing overall leadership and direction to the Referral Hub Manager and Referral Team.

Nacro has strong strategic relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and partners: to be effective in this role you will hold excellent communication and presentation skills in order to build and maintain positive joint working practice to improve the service for all stakeholders.

In return you will be part of a positive, solutions focused senior management team, driving forward an innovative model of rehabilitation.

This role requires regular travel and a Full Driving License and access to vehicle are essential criteria.

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role, as well as registration on the DBS Update Service. These will be completed as part of the Pre-Employment Screening process.

This role also requires a Prison Clearance.
