With 12,500 homes across the East of England, Eastlight Community Homes is the largest Community Gateway organisation in England.  We are a not-for-profit, vibrant, innovative organisation looking to optimise our impact, efficiency, and potential. We are committed to serving a diverse and growing population, building genuinely affordable new homes, investing in existing housing and delivering excellent services for our customers and communities.

Our Director of Communications and Public Affairs is responsible for the strategic leadership of Eastlight’s internal and external communications. You will be an expert influencer with a key focus on developing a robust and tactical approach to all communications, coordinating impactful engagement for staff at all levels across the business. Your tenacity and resilience will position Eastlight as a trailblazing community-led organisation within our communities and in the sector, building support for our work and future ambitions amongst all our key stakeholder groups.

To demonstrate our Ambitious, Inclusive and Accountable values, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package for our people.

The Communications Director will be rewarded with –
