Salary: up to £41k per annum depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent

The perfect job for you where no 2 days will be the same!

Joining the newly formed Community Resilience Team, you will work with our communities and our Area Managers to build community resilience and deal with community-based issues.  You’ll be comfortable working alone at home and out in the community.  You will also need to be customer focused and be able to find resolutions that increase residents’ wellbeing and community cohesion. You will be providing advice to both residents and colleagues so an ability to communicate complex messages is a must!

A bit about you

You’ll need to have a Housing qualification or demonstrable experience within a similar role. Ideally you will already have experience of working with people with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour as well as working in partnership with other organisations to enhance service offerings to residents.   A strong understanding of anti-social behaviour approaches including legal remedies and community triggers is a must.

A full UK Driver’s License is also required.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.
