You will have a working knowledge of social care, health and safety, safeguarding and experience in rental income management and budgeting. You will need to demonstrate empathy and understanding of the issues that our customers face. You will be expected to supervise a team of staff across the Chester area as well as deputise for the Accommodation Manager
