We’re currently seeking for a Customer Engagement Manager to effectively collaborate with all to ensure the customer voice is embedded and our services are delivered as a result of customer feedback. 

What you will be doing:  

  • Champion the Customer Voice and increase visibility to customers of what bpha service offers. 

  • Be an advisor to the business for best practice and design of new ways of engagement to ensure customers have a variety of means to engage with bpha. 

  • Understanding and sharing regulatory changes and best practice that come into the Social Housing 

  • Support with implementing engagement training and monitoring our social value impact. 

  • Being and active member of bpha policy review groups and have direct links with the Project teams. 

We’d love to meet someone with:   

  • Experience of working in Customer Engagement, leading and placing the customer voice at the forefront. 

  • Experience in social housing, knowledge of the sector and requirements.  

  • Excellent communicator at all levels.  

  • Experience of using of different digital platforms and face to face approaches to ensure inclusive customer engagement activity. 

  • Experience of sharing and learning from best practice.
