The Post

We have an exciting opportunity to work within the Housing Property Services team at a time when there are major changes to legislation that are driving how we manage our planned and major works programmes. As the Contract Delivery Manager – Major Works you will support in the delivery of the Planned Works Programme, helping to maintain and improve the standards of our housing stock, with the goal of achieving 100% decency.

This is an important function to bridge the gap between major works and responsive repairs. It is important that the investment made through the planned works programme improves the standards of our homes reducing the need for high volumes of responsive repairs. 

The Person

You will have experience in planned and major works, in a housing organisation of a similar size. You will have a track record of supporting in the delivery of planned and major works schemes on time and to budget. 

You will have contract management experience and technical knowledge of construction works.
