We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Coordinator to help us engage with customers in a way that is human, informative and useful. You’ll support the business by providing excellent social media and digital content that offers measurable benefits to both Stonewater and our customers. You’ll manage Stonewater customer facing social media channels and communities and respond publicly to customer complaints and enquiries. You’ll compile reports on our social media interactions, build relationships with colleagues to assist customer queries, and maintain our Trust Pilot score, tracking trends.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience of working in a similar role, in a fast-paced communications team with competing priorities.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service on social media.
  • Be experienced using content management systems to create and publish digital content.
  • Be experienced in measuring and reporting performance of social media campaigns.
  • Be confident when it comes to creating messaging for a variety of social media platforms.
  • Have exceptional written skills in a range of mediums.
  • Have excellent relationship building skills.
  • Be a strong team player with a collaborative approach to working.
  • Be committed to excellent customer service, safeguarding and support.

Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
