Support Worker

 Job type -  Permanent/Full -time

Salary - £ 20,080 per annum

Hours - 35 (plus 5 hours paid lunch breaks)

Mon - Fri role - 9-5

Location - Braintree  

 

Rough sleepers project in partnership with Braintree DC.Intensive Housing support with view to move on.

Who are we looking for? 

  A support worker to provide housing related support to vulnerable individuals together with providing housing and property management with the aim of achieving a successful move-on and other measurable outcomes including supporting service users to achieve independence.

 

Experience in working with a complex and vulnerable cohort of individuals including, substance misuse, Mental health, prison leavers. and Homelessness experience.
