We are seeking an experienced individual to join us as a Capital Programme Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide site level management of our innovative capital investment programmes ensuring all elements are delivered to an excellent standard.
It’s a really exciting time for the Housing Assets and Investments team. In addition to our capital works refurbishment programme, we are currently delivering diverse, large-scale projects that are improving the quality and energy efficiency of our residents’ homes.
If you have experience of managing capital projects and can bring dynamic and collaborative client-side project management to our Capital Programme Team we would really like to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
To provide site level management of capital investment programmes ensuring they are mobilised, delivered and reviewed in accordance with contractual obligations.
To work collaboratively to achieve outcomes within programme timeframes, to quality standards expected and within budget.
To champion an excellent resident experience and inclusive approach via effective communication, engagement and recognition of individual requirements.
