Location – London Bridge with hybrid working available.

Salary £30,600 - £37,080

We’re looking to recruit an Applications Trainer to join our Programme & Service Delivery Team at our head office located near London Bridge. This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible working available on a hybrid basis (60% remote and 40% office based). You will also be required to travel to other Hyde offices as and when required.

In this role, you’ll provide expert technical knowledge in developing and delivering training for software applications in the Hyde groups IT service catalogue in order to meet the changing and ongoing needs of the business and deliver the highest standards of customer service in line with the Hyde group's vision, policies and service promise.

Duties of an Applications Trainer

  • Creation of training manuals and user quides
  • Provide expert training support in Northgate, NED, Salesforce, Total Mobile Connect and all other applications as required including but not limited to: Keystone, Liberty, Umbraco and Toonimo
  • Hold accountability for creating, implementing, and evaluating software training solutions for the Hyde Group, ensuring it is tailored fit for purpose, and effective.
  • Liaise and negotiate with business service users to ensure that classroom training is targeted in the required areas and delivered as required.
  • Continuously seek feedback from service users to continuously improve the delivery of IT training for The Hyde Group.
  • Liaise with internal business uses to ensure that IT e-learning training is targeted in the required areas and delivered as required.
  • Develop and deliver floor walking sessions (physical and virtual) providing proactive one to one application training support when needed.
