Programme Manager (Strategy / Business Analysis) - Change

Rochdale - Flexible between home and office bases

Contract: Permanent Role

Hours: 36.25 hours per week in line with Flexible Smart Working

30 days holiday (rising to 35 days - plus public holidays)

 

 

 

Are you passionate about Strategy? Do you have good experience of delivering strategic programmes, leading on cultural change, and proactively working with internal and external customers?

This post will involve:

 

· Driving and delivering strategic programmes of activity across RBH through full life cycle in time and within budget

· Leading and motivating colleagues from various disciplines to achieve programme objectives.

· Defining programme governance arrangements and ensuring regular reporting of progress.

· Working with leaders to embed cultural change

· Managing relationships with senior stakeholders and third parties

 

We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, who can inspire and lead change. This is a great opportunity to get involved in shaping the future of RBH and contribute to our future.

 

You will have:

 

· Relevant project management qualification such as PRINCE 2

· Significant experience of successfully leading and implementing complex strategic programmes of activity

· Strong proven organisational and communication skills

· An ability to pre-empt and solve problems

· Budget management and resource allocation experience

· Excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Project
