About Us
Guinness Property provide repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our customers’ homes are safe and maintained to high standard.

We now have an opportunity for a Performance Manager to join our team in Oldham on a full time, permanent basis. Working 39 hours per week Monday-Friday, this is a hybrid role where we are currently working 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.

Reporting to the Head of Business Support, the Performance Manager is an integral role to our business. You will primarily be responsible for producing and analysing both ad-hoc and pre-diarised operational MI reports across our Responsive Repairs, Empty Homes and Planned Works teams, considering the data against business KPIs to identify potential risks and areas of underperformance. The type of reports you’ll be analysing include various employee/team/regional productivity reports, contractor performance, customer satisfaction scores and budgets. Working alongside our Senior Leadership Team, you will make data-based recommendations for improvements and subsequently lead on projects that will drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and improve business performance.

In joining us, you’ll be working as part of a dynamic management team who truly value each other’s contributions and innovative ways of thinking. We are brought together by our determination to provide solutions that really improve the way we operate – knowing that what we do ensures we can continue to best serve our customers and achieve our social purpose.

About you
We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience building, producing, and analysing complex reports and manipulating data. You’ll have advanced Microsoft excel skills and experience of drawing data from several different systems and applications. Alongside experience of identifying and implementing improvements in a service delivery environment, you’ll also have an inquisitive mind, excellent communication skills and the ability to use complex information to recommend data-driven solutions.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the key responsibilities of the role and/or to ensure you meet the essential criteria, please review the attached role profile.

The Guinness Partnership is an equal opportunities employer.  We are committed to equality of opportunity for all colleagues, and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
