We are currently looking to recruit two Operational Delivery Managers to join our team, on a full-time permanent basis, in Westminster.
About the Role
Woking to ensure the successful delivery of schemes on budget, on time and in a safe manner, you’ll be responsible for the preparation of programme of works, management of operational delivery, implementation and compliance, whilst having full understanding of the Contract and our obligations to ensure all requirements are met.
Developing excellent relationships with Client Representatives, Residents and all Stakeholders, you’ll ensure all client enquiries, issues and requests are actioned and resolved promptly, whilst carrying out site inspections to continuously monitor health and safety, quality of work and overall productivity.
Candidates will have excellent knowledge and understanding of the NHF Schedule of Rates, with significant technical knowledge within repair and maintenance in the social housing sector. Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification, with experience of managing and improving internal and external customer relationships, you’ll have strong commercial awareness, coupled with a familiarity of construction methods, technology and materials, such as fire safety relating from a fire risk assessment.
Above all, candidates will have excellent time management, sound IT skills with a range of packages and will have proven planning, organisational and influencing skills.
