What you'll do
If you’ve got well developed knowledge of compensation and benefits frameworks, and have experience of developing a total reward strategy, join Optivo as our Reward Lead.
We’re on a mission to be evidence-based and data-driven in all our decision making. This is a really exciting time to join our People Team as we look to develop and enhance our employment offer in a post-pandemic world.
You’ll be developing, implementing, maintaining, and communicating our reward and benefits strategy. You’ll make sure our total reward strategy reflects organisational drivers and external market factors and is consistent in its application. You’ll seek opportunities to continuously improve all reward and benefit-related activities, regularly scanning the market for change and trends.
You’ll lead the end-to-end management of the annual salary and bonus review cycle, manage our external relationships with benefits providers and provide advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders on all aspects of reward and benefits.
What you’ll need
You’ll have a deep understanding of a variety of job evaluation methodologies and compensation frameworks, preferably Korn Ferry Hay or Willis Towers Watson.
You’ll previously managed cyclical reward activities such as annual pay awards, bonuses, or commission payments.
You’ll have strong data skills, and be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, alongside the ability to communicate highly technical information to a wide variety of audiences.

Inclusion and Diversity
At Optivo we work hard to create a diverse and inclusive culture and environment where people are respected for who they are. Encouraging inclusion is not just about protected characteristics, it’s about celebrating differences of thought, opinion, experience and perspective of each individual. We’re all different in our own way and we want our colleagues to feel comfortable, that they belong, and are safe to be themselves at work, without fear of being judged or excluded, but valued for their contribution to our One Team approach.
