Who we’re looking for
If you have experience of leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver a holistic approach to day-to-day property and estate management then this may be the role for you! We are looking for someone who can lead across our key teams of repairs, estates services and retirement schemes a stellar service that puts the customers at the heart whilst ensuring that value for money is delivered to provide the best outcomes. You will need to be a great people lead, who can inspire teams underneath and bring key external contractors on the journey with us. Management of repairs is essential.

Our aim is to provide people with a place they’re proud to call home, along with services that make lives easier.
We currently own or manage around 10,000 good quality, affordable homes to meet the needs of people who cannot otherwise afford to live locally across west London. These include homes for social rent and shared ownership.
We plan to impact even more people, with the aim to build nearly 700 more homes by 2023.
We were formed in 2000, and over the years have gradually extended our reach. Today we’re proud to operate across the boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, Ealing, and Hillingdon.
