What you'll do

Optivo have a fabulous opportunity for a Team Assistant to join the Reinvestment team in Croydon.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and committed to providing excellent customer service, both to our residents and contractors, to support a range of colleagues to deliver planned works programmes in the Reinvestment team. 

You’ll be expected to provide a full range of administrative and support services, ranging from moderate to complex, to facilitate effective and efficient service delivery to stakeholders.

What you’ll need

You must be able to understand the process of delivering planned works programmes and meet full admin support requirements.

You’ll be a great team player who has excellent communication skills that can work in a high-pressure environment and be able to adapt to change and prioritise tasks as required to support a smooth delivery of our planned works programmes.  

You’ll be comfortable managing a busy workload and have experience working with CRM systems, along with good Microsoft office skills.
