We’re looking for a leader to manage a housing related support scheme for vulnerable adults with a mental health condition/learning disability and complex needs.

What we’re looking for:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


  • Do you have housing management experience, including antisocial behaviour and arrears?

  • Do you have experience with working alongside local authorities?

  • Do you have experience line managing staff members ensuring that relevant procedures regarding performance are adhered to?

  • Do you have experience working with vulnerable people?

We currently have a great opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed term basis.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you have what it takes?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To succeed in your role as a Scheme Manager you will:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


  • Have experience of working in a community-based support role

  • Have the ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, while remaining discreet, especially in matters of a confidential nature

  • Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to encourage meaningful customer engagement

  • Be confident in working with vulnerable people in a multi-disciplinary environment

  • Have up to date knowledge of best practice for the provision of housing related support for vulnerable people.

  • Takes ownership and responsibility to resolve issues, complaints, problems as necessary

  • Have a flexible approach to occasional travel to meetings etc
