The Role 

Rosebery Housing Association Limited (Rosebery) and Town and Country Housing (TCH) have agreed to hold discussions to explore the potential to bring their two organisations together by way of transfer of engagements from Rosebery to TCH.

The post holder will be responsible for the support the development, implementation and maintenance of the project management structure and tools to effectively establish, plan, manage, and deliver the project on time, within budget and to the required standard.

To monitor project execution and report progress, identify risks and issues, ensuring a continuous flow of information among project team members and assigning tasks.

Key Activities:

·Develop, document and maintain appropriate systems, frameworks and tools to enable effective planning and scheduling of project activities, support project managers and other colleagues to use these consistently and effectively.

·Support the development and delivery of objectives, achieving high quality outcomes, prioritising own workload, working to tight and often changing deadlines.

·Promote the aims of the project plan and manage change by gaining support and commitment from key stakeholders; build relationships, and effectively engage, persuade and influence desired outcomes.

·Update and maintain project records and associated documentation such as action trackers, risk and issues logs, project plans etc. as directed and required.

·Prepare project reports including status reports, RAID logs and project dashboards, tracking and analysis of spend and budgetary information.

Establish project controls to identify risks and issues and keep the Project Manager aware of the project status.

•Provide secretariat to Project Board and Project Team as required and attend Project team meetings.

·Provide flexible, hands-on delivery support and facilitate a high level of project communication with all stakeholders

·Ensure professional relationships are maintained with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and act as lead point of contact for some external parties.

·Oversee project closure and lessons learned

·Establish benefits log and monitoring benefits realisation

·Provide day-to-day project and admin support for the project.

·Prioritise, organise, and carry out own work diligently.

·Organise and plan events and meetings as necessary, sourcing and organising venues, refreshments, invitations and attendee lists ensuring supporting information and appropriate materials are available. Take minutes.

·Collate budget and expenditure data.
