The successful applicant will be working in our Building Services team providing a customer centred repairs and maintenance service, life will busy and interesting and you will be an integral part of an already strong team. The focus of this role will be carrying out pre inspections in occupied properties, diagnosis of building defects, recommending the appropriate course of action, working with the in-house team and external contractors to remedy property defects effectively and to a high standard.  We encourage applications from those interested in job share, school hours, flexi working as well as full time hours.
