As our Group Chief Executive, you’ll provide inspirational and strategic leadership for Staffs Housing, Revival, Glow and Concrete as we deliver our vision and our ambitions over the coming years.

Passionate about people, and aligned with our vision and values, you’ll be a leader with gravitas who has a calm, authentic and personable style. You don’t need to be an established Chief Executive, although you will need experience of delivering strategy, implementing positive change, driving growth and leading a skilled, multi-disciplinary team to deliver a diverse range of community services. With senior leadership experience in housing or a similar regulated sector, with people and customers at its core, you’ll bring to our Group an impressive track record of achieving results with significant community outcomes.
