Full Time (37 hours per week)

Salary £41,400 plus car allowance £1,200

We are currently looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to manage the overall responsibility for each stage of a retrofit project.

What you will be doing:

● Managing retrofit assessments and design, and oversee retrofit process from start to finish; ensuring all projects are compliant to PAS2035 standards.

● Liaising with customers, contractors and design stakeholders. Produce thorough reporting on progress and potential areas for investment.

● Coordination of PAS2035 compliant property surveys, assessments, and associated documentation.

● Regular audit of project documents.

● Carry out dwelling assessments and plan appropriate works.

We’d love to meet someone with:

· A good understanding of building principles and service systems

· Strong analytical and data skills

· Commercial acumen

· To demonstrate excellent customer care skills and show an understanding of, and commitment to, equality and diversity, in all aspects of the role

· Experience in domestic/residential properties as an Energy Coordinator/Building Professional

· Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management

· Experience in carrying out retrofit works in domestic settings

· Qualified DEA or PAS2035

· Competent skills in the management of contractors through all aspects of the works

· The ability to provide detailed reports and provide recommendations to works
