Technical Inspector

Can you help us to put the PLUS in Housing Plus? We currently have a great opening for a Technical Inspector to join our successful in-house Housing Maintenance team. Do you have an HNC in a construction discipline? Do you have experience of defect diagnosis within domestic buildings? Do you have knowledge of environmental and property legislation?

Then we may have the perfect role for you! The ideal candidate with have knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety regulations and an understanding of relevant Statutory Regulations relating to Housing providers; including, but not limited to: Asbestos awareness, Building Regulations, Gas and Electrical safety, CDM.
