The fact is, we are passionate about developing our people and have created a truly supportive environment that offers you the opportunity to help some of the most vulnerable people in society to turn their lives around.

Who are we looking for?
We are search of an inspirational Accommodation Adviser who will work across the Staffordshire community, HMP Dovegate and HMP Stoke Heath providing a tailored resettlement support to clients in custody and under probation supervision in the community. The primary aim of the role is to support the clients via group and or individual interventions in overcoming barriers to obtaining secure and stable accommodation so that they can successfully reintegrate into society.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Contribute to the design and delivery of an effective resettlement plan which is solution focused and practical.

Design and deliver effective group work programmes according to service user needs.

Record, monitor and review progress against individual and service objectives to demonstrate impact and tangible outcomes

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering interventions in a group setting with the ability to engage with and motivate challenging service users from a diverse range of backgrounds, often with multiple and complex needs.
