About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Team here at Habinteg. The successful candidate will support the HR Business Partners in delivering an efficient HR service to our employees and external clients across the country. Your role will act as the first port of call to all employees and external partners across the country for all HR related queries. As well as general day to day tasks such as recruitment and payroll, HR analytics will also form part of this role so excellent attention to detail is vital.


We are committed to developing your HR skills to enable you to flourish into a future HR leader.

Your role will report to the HR Business Partner Operations.

 

About You

We are looking for candidates who are committed and enthusiastic, thriving on working both independently as well as part of a small team. Ideal candidates should have the ability to manage own workload.

Being organised and able to prioritise is vital, as is having good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business. 

Computer literacy is essential, as are sound written and verbal communication skills.

You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and service demands.

Travel for meetings across the country is occasionally required.
